Refund Policy

At Murti Pro, we strive to ensure that our students are satisfied with our real estate selling skills classes. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can prevent attendance. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued.
1. Eligibility for Refund
a. Missed Class
If you have paid for a 90-minute real estate selling skills class and are unable to attend the scheduled Zoom meeting, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the class fee.
2. Refund Process
a. Notification
To request a refund, you must notify us of your inability to attend the class. This notification should be made as soon as possible, preferably before the class start time.
b. Request Submission
Submit your refund request by emailing us at [Your Email Address] with the following details:
  • Your full name
  • Contact information
  • The date and time of the scheduled class
  • Reason for not attending (optional)
c. Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 7 business days. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment that was used for the original transaction.
3. Refund Conditions
a. Full Refund
If you miss the class and have followed the notification and request submission process outlined above, you will receive a full refund of the 250 INR class fee.
b. Non-Attendance Without Notification
If you fail to attend the class and do not notify us, you will still be eligible for a full refund. However, we encourage you to notify us to help improve our scheduling and customer service.
